Three hundred artists and crafters flock the streets of downtown Palo Alto this August 23 and 24 for the 33rd annual Palo Alto Festival of the Arts. Painters and printmakers, sculptors and ceramics artists all sidle their booths up to each other for the nine-block-long festival, attracting artists from around California and the West Coast.
