Experience the magic and wonder of the holiday season at the Festival of Lights Parade. Taking place on Sunday, November 29 starting at 6 pm, this celebration is one of the most popular Palo Alto events of the entire year. More than 17,000 people line the streets to see the colorful procession, which features twinkling holiday floats, exciting marching bands, local celebrities and of course – Santa Claus with his sleigh and reindeer. The Festival of Lights Parade will begin at First and State Street, then make its way through downtown via Main Street, First Street, Whitney Street and Third Street – ending at Plaza South with a family-friendly celebration.
