    1. On May 1, 2012 the credit card we have on file will be charged for your entire stay.  If you want to change the credit card, please contact me right away.
    2. Regarding cancellations, you may cancel you reservation prior to May 1, 2012 without any penalty.  If you cancel between May 1 and May 18, 2012, we will refund you one half of the credit card charges we accessed on May 1, 2012.
    3. If you cancel your reservation after May 18, 2012, there will be no refund.
